Cryptovelix provides an interface for viewing market data and managing spot account balances and trade requests. Market quotes may be sourced from third-party data providers. The Service is not investment advice, a bank, or a licensed broker unless separately stated in writing.
3. Eligibility & account
You must provide accurate registration data and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or restrict access for security, compliance, or abuse.
4. Digital assets & risk disclosure
Trading and holding digital assets involves significant risk, including volatility and possible total loss of funds. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Only use funds you can afford to lose. Network transfers are irreversible once confirmed on-chain.
5. Deposits, withdrawals & orders
Deposits and withdrawals are processed via requests and may require manual review by support. Spot trades are executed according to platform rules and available balances. Fees are disclosed on the Fees page and in trade history. Processing times depend on network conditions and verification status.
6. Verification (KYC)
We may require identity verification to raise limits or unlock features. Providing false documents is prohibited. Verification fees, if any, are shown before submission.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service for fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, unauthorized access, scraping that harms the Service, or any illegal activity under applicable law.
8. Availability & liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free market data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cryptovelix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from market moves, user error, or third-party networks.
9. Intellectual property
Brand, UI, and content of Cryptovelix are protected. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission, except for personal non-commercial use of publicly available pages.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be highlighted on the site.
